Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Sales Executive Trainee NE (TS Exp.). The role focuses on leveraging consultative sales to convert prospective owners and reload existing owners, while building strong relationships and delivering a high level of service at the sales distribution site.

You will manage the full sales cycle, ensure paperwork accuracy, and coordinate with teams to meet customer needs. A flexible schedule and adherence to company policies are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Minimum one year of timeshare sales experience within the last 2 years.
• Proficiency in English.
• Incumbent must maintain an active Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• Background and/or drug screening may be required by policy or state/local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Giving Sales Presentations to Owners and guests.
• Follow the Consultative Sales Process during presentations.
• Establish trust and build ongoing rapport with prospective owners.
• Prepare for daily appointments and tours with tour sheets and history.
• Follow up with emails, calls, or mail correspondence after interactions.
