Responsibilities

• Answer owner questions about properties and amenities and make informed recommendations.
• Follow up on referrals and leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests for pricing, maps, descriptions, and network information.
• Reach out to Owners to monitor satisfaction and promote promotions.
• Maintain records of customer contacts to support effective follow-up.
