Job summary
Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Sales Executive Trainee in the United States to assist Owners and guests with personalized experiences and events that enhance vacation memories. The role emphasizes high customer service standards, engagement with Owners, and supporting sales opportunities in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment.
The position requires a Real Estate License where mandated by law, with a preference for at least one year of related experience.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License where mandated by law.
- One year of related sales/industry experience preferred.
- Willingness to work weekends/holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Answer Owners' questions about property usage and amenities, and make recommendations based on owner profiles.
- Follow up on referrals and leads from Owners to generate opportunities.
- Fulfill requests from Owners regarding pricing, maps, descriptions, room locations, and portfolio information.
- Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, inform them of promotions, and develop new business opportunities (reloads/referrals).
- Maintain records of customer contacts to support effective follow-up.
