Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Sales Executive Trainee to assist Owners/guests with experiences and events that create memorable vacation moments.

A typical day includes answering Owner questions, following up on referrals, fulfilling requests for pricing and property details, contacting Owners about promotions, and maintaining records to support follow-up opportunities. A Real Estate License is required where mandated by law.

Qualifications

• One year related experience preferred.
• Active Real Estate License required where mandated by law.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions regarding property use and amenities and make recommendations.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests for pricing, property maps, descriptions, location details and network information.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction and inform them of promotions and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts to support effective follow-up.
