The role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, a background check, and (where required) an active real estate license.

Qualifications

• One year related experience preferred.
• Active Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• Background and drug screening may be required.
• Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions regarding use of properties and location amenities.
• Make recommendations based on owner information gathered during discovery.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
