Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Sales Executive Trainee to help Owners create memorable vacations by recommending property experiences and location amenities. You will answer questions, follow up on referrals, and tailor pricing and maps based on discovery.

Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Background and drug screening may be required per state/local rules.
• Real Estate License may be required where mandated by law.
• One year of related experience is preferred.
• Physical ability to perform the listed duties and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions about property use and amenities; make recommendations from discovery.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests on pricing, maps, descriptions, room locations, and portfolio information.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction and promote promotions and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts for effective follow-up.
