The position requires flexibility for weekends/holidays, and may involve background checks and licensing where required by law. A background in real estate licensing and prior sales exposure are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales roles preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with Owners/guests and team members.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations based on owner background.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests regarding pricing, maps, descriptions, room locations, and portfolio information.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction and promote promotions and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts to support effective follow-up.
