Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Timekeeping Systems SME to serve as the central contact for employee time submissions and supervisor approvals. You will bridge the system, users, HR, and Payroll, ensuring accuracy, privacy, and regulatory compliance across timekeeping processes.

The role includes auditing, training material updates, stakeholder engagement, and timely access provisioning for new users. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in HR, business, or similar discipline.
• 1+ year experience with timekeeping systems is a plus.
• 2+ years in HR practices and policies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating the timekeeping system(s) and resolve inquiries.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain relationship with HR and Payroll stakeholders for updates and disputes.
• Update training materials to reflect system changes and compliance needs.
• Ensure timely access and training for new users and role changes.
