Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Timekeeping Systems SME to act as the central contact for employees submitting time and supervisors approving it. You will bridge the timekeeping systems with HR and Payroll, ensuring data integrity and timely payroll processing across the organization.

You will audit compliance, update training materials, and maintain user access. Strong communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level knowledge not required but beneficial.
• Experience with timekeeping systems is preferred.
• Understanding of HR and payroll processes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Ryder timekeeping systems.
• Coordinate with HR and Payroll on updates and issues.
• Audit timekeeping for policy and regulatory compliance.
• Train new users and update training materials.
• Ensure timely access provisioning for new roles.
• Escalate issues to vendors when needed.
