Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Timekeeping SME to serve as the central contact for employees submitting time and supervisors approving it. You will ensure system integrity, coordinate with HR and Payroll, and support timely and accurate payroll processing.

You will troubleshoot issues, guide users, collaborate on enhancements, and maintain training materials to meet evolving requirements. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating the timekeeping system(s) including system navigation, payroll dispute analysis, inquiries about time-off balances, holiday and proxy guidance, reviews of Workday integration disruptions, issue resolution and absence management support.
• Conduct regular audits of timekeeping systems to ensure policy and regulatory compliance including access/role validation, CBAs and general system performance monitoring.
• Maintain relationships with HR and Payroll stakeholders to stay aligned on Ryder processes and payroll updates.
• Update and distribute timekeeping training materials to reflect system updates and compliance requirements.
• Ensure timely access for new users and role transitions, with appropriate training.
• Complete proxy setups to avoid service disruption during absences.
