Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in HR, business, or CS.
• 1+ year in timekeeping systems is a plus.
• 2+ years in HR practices and policies.
• Understanding HR's role in business operations.
• Ability to train and influence system users.
• Knowledge of timekeeping and payroll interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive timekeeping system support to employees and managers.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain collaboration with HR and Payroll stakeholders.
• Update and distribute training materials for the timekeeping system.
• Ensure new users have appropriate access and training.
• Complete proxy setups to avoid service disruptions.
• Escalate complex issues to stakeholders or vendors.
