Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Subject Matter Expert for timekeeping systems to serve as the primary contact for employees and managers. You will coordinate with HR and Payroll, support system navigation, and drive accurate payroll processing while ensuring policy compliance.

Responsibilities include conducting audits, maintaining training materials, and enabling proper access for new users. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in HR, General Business, Computer Systems, or similar discipline.
• 1 year or more in experience with time keeping systems is a plus.
• 2 years or more in HR practices and policies.
• Understands HR role and its influence on business and employees.
• Knows how to train and influence system daily users.
• Knowledge of the link between timekeeping and Payroll Services.
• Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow.
• MS Office Suite proficiency (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, Access).

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive user support for timekeeping systems and inquiries.
• Conduct audits to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain relationships with HR/Payroll stakeholders for timely updates.
• Update training materials to reflect system changes and regulatory requirements.
• Grant timely access to new users and role transitions.
• Set up proxy access to prevent service disruption during absences.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate stakeholders or vendors.
• Monitor system reports for data integrity and discrepancies.
