Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Timekeeping HRIS SME to serve as the central contact for employees and supervisors using Ryder's timekeeping systems. You will bridge end users with HR and Payroll, ensure system integrity, and support accurate payroll processing.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR/General Business/Computer Systems or similar.
• 1 year or more experience with timekeeping systems is a plus.
• 2+ years in hands-on HR practices and policies.
• Understand the role of HR and its influence on business and employees.
• Know how to train and influence system users.
• Knowledge of the inter-relationship between timekeeping and Payroll.
• Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow is a plus.
• MS Office Suite with emphasis on Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word and Access.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating the timekeeping system(s).
• Conduct regular audits of timekeeping system(s) for policy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain an active relationship with HR and Payroll stakeholders for timely updates and disputes.
• Update and distribute timekeeping training materials.
• Ensure timely access for new users and role changes, with proper training.
• Complete proxy setups to avoid disruption during absences.
