Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Subject Matter Expert for timekeeping systems to serve as the central contact for employees and supervisors. This role bridges system functionality with HR and Payroll, ensuring accurate payroll processing and policy compliance.

You will conduct regular audits, guide users, and collaborate on system enhancements while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and up-to-date training materials.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field or higher.
• 1+ year experience with timekeeping systems is a plus.
• 2+ years of HR practices experience.
• Understanding of HR's role in business and how it affects daily activities.
• Ability to train and influence system users.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating the timekeeping system(s).
• Conduct audits to ensure policy and regulatory compliance, including CBAs and data integrity.
• Maintain collaboration with HR and Payroll stakeholders for timely updates and disputes.
• Update training materials to reflect system changes and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely access provisioning for new users and role changes.
• Complete proxy setups to prevent service disruption during absences.
