Job summary

Ryder seeks a Timekeeping System Subject Matter Expert to serve as the central point for employees and managers using timekeeping solutions. You will ensure system integrity, coordinate with HR and Payroll, and support accurate payroll processing across multiple policies and CBAs.

The role includes audits, user training, and maintaining current documentation. A blend of system knowledge and strong communication will help you drive improvements and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in HR, General Business, Computer Systems, or similar (Required).
• 2+ years hands-on HR/timekeeping experience (Required).
• Experience with timekeeping policies and regulatory aspects (Required).
• Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow preferred (Intermediate).
• Proven ability to train and influence day-to-day system users (Required).
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel/Outlook/Teams) (Required).

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating timekeeping systems.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure policy compliance and data integrity.
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll to stay aligned on processes.
• Update training materials to reflect system updates and regulations.
• Ensure timely access provisioning for new users and role changes.
• Set up proxies to prevent service disruptions during absences.
