Job summary

Dal-Tile, the leading tile and natural stone manufacturer in the United States, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist walk-in customers, answer inquiries, provide samples, and complete sales transactions in our showroom.

You will engage customers by phone, email, and in person, build relationships, manage quotes, maintain records, and collaborate with the Sales Representative to promote products and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers in selecting products and providing samples in showroom.
• Retrieve and bring product samples to customers in showroom and maintain records.
• Follow up on quotes, inquiries, and sales opportunities.
