Job summary

Dal-Tile, the premier tile and natural stone manufacturer and a Mohawk Industries subsidiary, seeks a Customer Service Representative for our Miami showroom. You will greet customers, answer inquiries, provide samples, and complete sales transactions, guiding product selections and ensuring smooth service.

In this role, you will manage orders, coordinate shipments, and follow up on inquiries while maintaining strong customer relationships across phone, email, and in-person channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask with solid organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate products for their needs.
• Retrieve and bring product samples to customers in the showroom
• Maintain customer contact information and transaction records.
• Follow up with customers on quotes, inquiries, and sales opportunities.
• Process sales transactions, payments, and generate sales orders.
• Create shipping orders and packing lists.
