Job summary

Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet walk-in customers, answer inquiries, provide samples, and process sales transactions in our showroom and office in Texas.

You will engage customers via phone, email, and in-person, build lasting relationships, assist with product selection, maintain records, and collaborate with the Sales team to ensure accurate quotes and timely service. This role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Focus on customer account management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate products for their needs.
• Retrieve and bring product samples to customers in the showroom.
• Accurately maintain customer contact information and transaction records.
• Follow up with customers on quotes, inquiries, and sales opportunities.
• Process sales transactions, payments, and generate sales orders.
• Create shipping orders and packing lists.
• Answer inbound sales calls and proactively make outbound calls.
