Job summary

Dal-Tile, the leading tile and natural stone manufacturer in the U.S., is seeking a Customer Service Representative. You will engage customers via phone, email, and in-person visits to guide product selection and ensure a positive showroom experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in-person.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers in selecting products.
• Retrieve and deliver product samples in showroom.
• Maintain accurate customer contact information and records.
• Follow up on quotes, inquiries, and sales opportunities.
• Process sales transactions, payments, and generate sales orders.
