Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to support walk-in customers, answer inquiries, provide samples and complete sales transactions in Tempe, AZ. You will coordinate orders, pricing, stock checks and transportation to ensure exceptional service.

The role requires strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with 3+ years in a call center or customer service environment, ideally in textiles. A competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
• 3+ years call center or customer service experience.
• Focus on customer account management preferred.
• Prior textile industry knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer account management including order entry, inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock check and transportation management.
• Keying in orders, processing faxes and preparation of reports.
• Interfaces with internal teams and SSCs to address customer inquiries and order issues from entry to delivery.
• Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
