Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 3+ years of call center or customer service experience.
• Prior textile industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer account management including order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock checks and transportation management.
• Key in orders, process faxes and prepare reports.
• Interface with internal teams and SSCs to address inquiries and issues from entry to delivery.
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
