Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer account management including order entry, inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock check and transportation management.
• Key in orders, process faxes and prepare reports.
• Interface with internal teams to address inquiries and order issues from entry to delivery.
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
