Job summary

A leading IT services provider is seeking a Network Support Technician in Wisconsin to provide both onsite and remote Tier 2 support for DHS customers. This role includes troubleshooting user IT issues, maintaining network devices, and ensuring system health. Candidates should have an Associate Degree or equivalent experience and 1+ years of IT support experience. This position also entails providing LAN administration, handling IT hardware repairs, and participating in after-hours support rotations. Must be U.S. Citizen and comfortable in law enforcement environments.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen and pass the DHS Employment Eligibility Verification process.
• 1+ years of IT-related support experience, preferably in a helpdesk or customer support role.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve desktop, network, or other IT issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide LAN administrator support for network communication devices.
• Assist in maintaining and checking the health of systems and backups.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
