Job summary

A leading tech services provider is looking for a Network Support Technician in Los Angeles, California. This role involves providing onsite and remote Tier 2 support for IT issues, including hardware, software, and network diagnostics. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree or equivalent experience and at least 1 year of IT support experience. The position offers a salary range of $55,000 – $72,000 and includes comprehensive health benefits, 401(k), and PTO. Qualified candidates must be U.S. citizens and comfortable operating in law enforcement environments.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass the DHS Employment Eligibility Verification process.
• 1+ years of IT-related support experience, preferably in a helpdesk or customer support role.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve desktop, network, or other IT issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote Tier 2 support for IT issues.
• Install, configure and maintain network communication devices.
• Provide inventory support and maintain documentation.
