Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ IT-related support experience preferred in helpdesk or customer support role.
• Must pass DHS Employment Eligibility Verification process.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Provide LAN admin support with installations and configurations.
• Monitors ITSM assignments to resolve issues.
• Assist in maintaining server configurations and security patches.
