DAG Tech seeks a Tier II IT Support Engineer to join our Engineering Operations team in San Francisco. You will deliver front-line support for a variety of systems and interface directly with end-users to ensure high-quality service.

The role is contract, on-site, with 10-40 hours per week and a rate of $35-$45 per hour. Responsibilities include configuring workstations, troubleshooting networks, and maintaining documentation while delivering exceptional customer service.
