Job summary

DAG Tech seeks a Tier II IT Support Engineer to join the Engineering Operations team in Los Angeles. You will provide front-line support for end-users and manage technology systems on-site, working across Windows and Mac desktops, mobile devices, and cloud services.

Responsibilities include configuring computers, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, onboarding/offboarding, and documenting solutions with clear technical writing.

Qualifications

• Front-line end-user IT support experience preferred.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot desktop, mobile, and cloud services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for end-users and docs.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient resolutions for end-users and document solutions.
• Assist with computer configurations, hardware and network troubleshooting.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, cloud service setup, and password resets.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and time tracking.
