Job summary

DAG Tech is seeking a Tier II IT Support Engineer to join the Engineering Operations team in New York City. This contract role focuses on front-line support for end-users and management of technology systems, with tasks ranging from device configurations to cloud services setup.

You will interface directly with end-users, resolve issues efficiently, and build accurate technical documentation. The position is on-site in NYC with a flexible contract schedule of 10–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience providing front-line IT support and service desk assistance.
• Experience configuring Windows and Mac workstations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom.
• Ability to document tasks and track time accurately.
