Job summary

Attain Sports seeks an energetic sales professional to drive ticket plans, group packages, catered events, and suite rentals for the Frederick Keys. You will use cold calls and face-to-face meetings to build lasting relationships with local organizations and individuals.

The role requires prospecting, product knowledge of inventory (group seating, packages, food & beverage, suites), and collaboration with the Director of Ticket Sales to grow revenue. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing or Business or equivalent experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service problem solving skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willing and able to work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Spanish fluency a plus.
• Minor League Baseball experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect, research and sell ticket plans and group ticket packages.
• Sell luxury suites, premium party areas and seating options.
• Customize hospitality packages to fit client needs.
• Make recommendations to grow department sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals for season and group packages.
• Generate marketing ideas with Marketing Department to augment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all ticket customers.
• Provide superior service to clients including existing ticket holders and prospects.
• Be present at home games and events to service customers and manage game day duties.
