Job summary

Attain Sports is hiring for a ticket sales role in Frederick to sell new and renewal ticket plans, group tickets, suites, and catered events. You’ll prospect via cold calls and meetings, build relationships with local organizations, and work with the Marketing team to grow group sales.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing/Business or equivalent, strong communication and service skills, and willingness to work extended hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Minor League Baseball experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect, research and sell ticket plans and group packages, including suites and premium areas, using extensive cold calling.
• Customize hospitality packages from the full catalog to fit client needs (group seating, season tickets, food/beverage, suites).
• Advise the Director of Ticket Sales on opportunities to grow department revenue.
• Maximize sales within the defined operational structure.
• Handle incoming sales calls from prospects.
• Meet and exceed sales goals for season/partial tickets and group sales.
• Generate marketing ideas and collaborate with Marketing to boost group sales.
• Maintain accurate records of all ticket customers.
• Provide superior service to current holders, prospects and single-game customers.
• Sell other special projects as needed.
• Be present at home games and events to service customers and build relationships.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Director of Ticket Sales.
