Job summary

Attain Sports seeks a motivated ticket sales professional to partner with corporate and community clients for Chesapeake Baysox tickets, groups, catered events and suite rentals. You will prospect via cold calls and meetings to build lasting relationships, with a must-have team orientation and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing or Business or related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service problem solving skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willing to work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect, research and sell ticket plans and group ticket packages, including nightly luxury suites rentals.
• Use full catalog of inventory to customize a hospitality package fitting client needs.
• Make recommendations to Director of Ticket Sales to grow department sales.
• Maximize sales within the operational structure set by Director of Ticket Sales.
• Service incoming sales calls from prospects and advise on options.
• Meet and exceed sales goals for season, partial ticket packages and group sales.
• Generate marketing ideas and collaborate with Marketing to augment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all ticket customers and service existing clients.
