Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisor/management experience in a retail environment (thrift experience preferred).
• Basic understanding of office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid Driver’s license, pass a MVR check (required), proof of insurance and access to a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store sales and income budgets while controlling expenses.
• Direct day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing, POS, inventory and donations.
• Hire, train and coach store staff; conduct evaluations and provide feedback with HR support.
• Schedule staff, supervise payroll records and time attendance.
• Ensure high customer and donor satisfaction and maintain community relations.
