Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Culver City store. This full-time role supports daily operations, supervises staff when needed, and helps drive sales and customer satisfaction in a faith-based nonprofit environment.

You will partner with the Store Manager to meet budgets, manage donations, and maintain ARC merchandising standards while supporting Beneficiaries and community programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years Retail Management/Supervisory experience.
• Must pass background check, including Criminal History checks.

Responsibilities

• Takes an active role and partners with the Store Manager in the day-to-day operation of the store.
• Assumes responsibility for all day-to-day store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assists Store Manager to monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive store sales and profitability.
