Job summary

S&G Stores is seeking a dedicated store supervisor to assist the store manager in keeping operations running smoothly, ensuring compliance with laws and policies, and maximizing sales.

In the third shift, you will oversee frontline activities, ensure proper merchandising, handle cash/card transactions with integrity, and respond to emergencies while promoting a safe, clean store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience / customer service experience required.
• Able to occasionally lift 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for an entire shift and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service leadership to all customers.
• Acknowledge and greet all customers entering the store.
• Ensure company policies are followed.
• Promote and maintain a clean, organized store appearance.
• Process cash and card transactions with integrity.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs and maintain plan-o-gram integrity.
• Rotate foodservice products to keep items fresh and appealing.
• Monitor store activities to ensure proper transactions.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and notify appropriate individuals.
