S&G Stores in Maumee, OH is seeking a team member to support the store manager and ensure the store runs efficiently and in compliance with laws and policies. You will help maximize sales, maintain asset control, and lead customer service during the 3rd shift.

The role requires flexibility for a 10:00pm–6:00am or 11:00pm–7:00am schedule, with potential shift differential. Daily duties include checkout processing, merchandising, safety, and responding to emergencies as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Retail experience / customer service required.
• Ability to occasionally lift 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for an entire shift.
• Available to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Provide excellent customer service leadership to all customers.
• Acknowledge/Greet all customers that come into the store.
• Ensure that all company policies are being followed.
• Promote and maintain a clean and organized store appearance inside and out.
• Efficiently process both cash and card transactions with integrity.
• Ensure all merchandising and marketing programs are implemented properly, including maintaining plan‑ogram integrity and appropriate sign placement.
• Ensure foodservice products are fresh and appealing by rotating products appropriately and removing out‑of‑date products.
• Monitor store activities to ensure that transactions are taking place in the proper manner.
• Respond quickly to all emergencies for the safety and security of customers and employees and notifying the appropriate individuals.
