Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience / customer service experience required.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service leadership to all customers.
• Acknowledge/greet all customers entering the store.
• Ensure company policies are followed.
• Promote and maintain a clean, organized store appearance inside and out.
• Process cash and card transactions with integrity.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs, maintain plan-o-grams and sign placement.
• Rotate foodservice products to keep them fresh and appealing.
• Monitor store activities to ensure proper transactions.
• Respond to emergencies for safety and security and notify the appropriate individuals.
