Job summary

CBRE in Redmond, WA seeks a Thermal Energy Center Reliability Engineer to monitor, maintain, and repair building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety components.

You will work on preventive maintenance programs, support energy management, ensure code compliance, and participate in on-call rotations as part of a cross-functional facilities team. Five years of building engineering experience and EPA certification are required.

Qualifications

• EPA certification is required.
• HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety focus.
• BMS/BAS knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems.
• Support preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety directives.
