Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Thermal Energy Center Reliability Engineer to monitor, maintain, and repair building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and controls. This role focuses on reliability and energy efficiency within CBRE’s facilities portfolio.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. On-site, within a CBRE Engineering & Technical Services context, you will support reliable facility

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five+ years of building engineering or related experience.
• Experience with HVAC/R, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is essential.
• BMS/BAS knowledge is a plus.
• EPA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC/R, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Monitor building operations to ensure safety and compliance.
• Support preventive maintenance and repairs to meet design specifications.
• Lead by example and coordinate with team to ensure reliability.
