Job summary

CBRE Building Engineer in Redmond, WA will monitor, maintain and repair building system operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and control systems to ensure reliable, energy-efficient performance. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and implementing energy management programs while delivering timely repairs.

Candidate must live within the job-site radius and be willing to on-call every two weeks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA certification required.
• 5+ years of building engineering experience preferred.
• Experience with HVAC/R, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and control systems.
• Maintain energy management program and ensure systems operate efficiently.
