Job summary

• Operates, maintains, monitors, and performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on building systems including mechanical/HVAC/plumbing, electrical/cabling, fire detection, life safety, lighting, and digital systems.
• Maintains the professional appearances of the property, equipment, engineering spaces, and common areas.
• Prepares estimates detailing time and materials for tasks; maintains supplies and orders necessary materials.
• Oversees and inspects work performed by outside contractors and coordinates with teams within the project.
