Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred.
• Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, electrical and building systems to standards.
• Follow safety codes and company directives related to building operations.
• Maintain an energy management program and optimize system performance.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Review building systems like fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing for design compliance.
• Share knowledge and mentor others; lead by example according to CBRE values.
• Support cross-team collaboration and communicate effectively.
