Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certifications/licenses as required by local/state jurisdictions (e.g., CFC preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret codes and safety guidelines, and navigate blueprints or plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire life safety, and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain energy management programs and ensure efficient operation of systems.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage, use, and disposal of hazardous materials; maintain a clean, safe workplace.
• Inspect building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) to meet design specs and client environmental requirements.
• Apply standard principles and techniques to complex tasks and provide practical solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across related disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example, promote CBRE RISE values, and help align teams to decisions.
