Qualifications

• Microsoft Office proficiency and prior CMMS experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance and repairs to building systems.
• Ensure compliance with hazardous goods regulations.
• Maintain an energy management program.
• Assist with the preventive maintenance program.
• Review inspection of building systems.
