Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. seeks a Therapy Development Representative in Raleigh, NC to educate providers, grow the therapy pipeline and convert referrals into patients.

This role collaborates with Territory Managers to expand physician engagement and drive market adoption of Inspire’s implant therapy for OSA. The position requires 2+ years in pharma/medical device sales, willingness to travel, and strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device sales experience.
• In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 4 years minimum sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device industry; or 2 years’ experience working directly with Inspire Medical Systems therapy in a clinical setting.
• Ability to travel within territory/region (including overnights) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers to drive therapy development awareness and grow pipeline.
• Develop physician engagement and referral networks to increase therapy adoption.
• Log customer engagements in CRM and maintain accurate records.
• Provide clinical coverage as needed and understand implant pathways.
