Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Therapy Development Representative in Peoria/Springfield to educate providers, grow the therapy funnel, and support referral development. You will partner with Territory Managers to expand physician engagement and increase patient identification for the OSA therapy.

The role requires at least 2 years in healthcare or medical device sales, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), and travel within the territory, including overnights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2+ years healthcare/medical device sales experience expected.
• Experience educating providers (PCPs, Internal Medicine, Cardiology) preferred.
• Ability to travel within territory with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers to grow therapy adoption and pipeline.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to expand physician engagement.
• Log customer engagements in CRM and track progress weekly.
• Develop and support community education programs and events.
• Identify market growth opportunities and referral gaps.
