Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. in St. Louis is seeking a Therapy Development Representative to educate providers, grow the pipeline, and advance patient adoption of our implant therapy for obstructive sleep apnea.

You will travel within the territory, support Territory Managers, and coordinate community education and referral initiatives. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in healthcare or medical device sales, or 4 years of related sales experience in lieu of a degree, with

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device sales experience.
• In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 4 years minimum sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device industry; or 2 years’ experience working directly with Inspire Medical Systems therapy in a clinical setting.

Responsabilidades

• Educate providers to drive therapy development awareness and grow pipeline.
• Execute referral channel growth and increase therapy adoption.
• Plan weekly customer targeting sequences and log engagements in CRM.
• Provide clinical coverage as needed and understand implant pathways and therapy delivery processes.
