Job summary

The Inspire Therapy Development Representative in Austin, TX will educate providers on Inspire therapy, aiming to grow the patient pipeline and shift providers toward therapy adoption. You will collaborate with Territory Managers to expand physician engagement and optimize referral pathways.

You will also gain clinical exposure, handle CRM tracking, and ensure compliance with quality and reporting requirements while traveling within the territory as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device sales experience.
• In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 4 years minimum sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare/medical device industry; or 2 years working directly with Inspire Medical Systems therapy in a clinical setting.
• Ability to travel within territory/region (including overnights) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive therapy development awareness by educating providers in your community and grow pipeline and patient conversion.
• Support territory growth by expanding physician engagement and referral networks.
• Log customer engagements in CRM and maintain accurate records.
• Provide clinical coverage as needed, understanding implant pathways and therapy delivery processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and field reporting obligations.
