Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a field-based Therapy Development professional to educate providers and grow our OSA therapy pipeline. You will collaborate with Territory Managers to increase physician engagement and patient conversion, while logging engagements in CRM and supporting referral channels.

The role requires 2+ years in healthcare or medical device sales, willingness to travel, and strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years pharma/healthcare or medical device sales experience.
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, 4 years minimum sales experience in pharma/healthcare or medical devices; or 2 years working with Inspire therapy in a clinical setting.
• Ability to travel within territory/region (including overnights).

Responsabilités

• Educate providers to grow pipeline and therapy adoption.
• Partner with Territory Manager to expand physician engagement.
• Record customer engagements in CRM and support referral channels.
• Provide clinical coverage as needed.
