Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Atlanta, GA seeks a licensed therapist to deliver CBT/DBT-based interventions across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will assess, plan, implement, and monitor individualized treatment, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and safety.

The role includes supervision of interns and staff, ongoing professional development, and adherence to ethical guidelines within a complex behavioral health program.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field with two years' health care and two years in a psychiatric setting preferred.
• Full, independent licensure as LPC/LMFT/LCSW in state; LPCC/LMHC if applicable in state hired.
• Cross-train in at least two other programs and/or levels of care.
• CPR certification within thirty (30) days of hire; NCI training within sixty (60) days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients' needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress and ensure timely records.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.
• Provide supervision and training to interns and less experienced staff.
• Maintain ethical conduct and patient confidentiality.
