Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin seeks a licensed or in-training psychotherapist to support PHP/IOP programs. You will deliver individual, group, and family therapy, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to promote stabilization and recovery for patients with mental and behavioral health concerns.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field with health care/psychiatric setting experience.
• In-training licensure (LPC-IT, MFT-TL, APSW or equivalent) or higher in state practicing.
• Wisconsin credentialing: SAC-IT/SAC/CSAC if program requires substance use credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to patients.
• Assess patients’ mental health needs and formulate treatment plans.
• Coordinate with treatment team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain progress notes and documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers; ensure ethical and confidential care.
